Installation

Windows

  1. Download the .msi installer from the download page.
  2. Double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
  4. Launch Emblem from the Start Menu or desktop shortcut.

System Requirements

  • OS: Windows 10 or later
  • RAM: 4 GB minimum
  • Disk: 500 MB free space
  • Processor: 64-bit (x86_64 or ARM)

First Launch

A temporary login ID and password would be provided along with the activation key. On first launch, Emblem will prompt you to:

  1. Activate with 16 digit license key.
  2. Once activated, use the temporary login ID and password. This will allow you to reset password and create users and their respective password.
  3. Every time the app is opened from now on, you will need to login from any one of the users that have been created to open the app.
  4. Select a workspace folder where engagement data will be stored.

Firebase authentication is required each time the app opens. If the app remains not connected for 48 hours, the session expires and you'll need to sign in again.
